This train is not slowing down. According to Silicon Valley Bank, from 2019 to 2020 the U.S. healthcare venture capital fundraising for healthcare companies grew 57% to almost $7 billion and U.S. venture investments grew by 55%. Funds, both the number and size, grew substantially through 2021.
